Yes. It mostly comes down to time zones. Onshore is engineers in the US and Canada, working your exact hours. Nearshore, the option most clients pick, is our team across Latin America (Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and more). They share almost the full US workday, so collaboration happens in real time, and the rates come in below a comparable US hire. Offshore is our team in Europe, a few hours ahead, so there's progress waiting when you log on.
