Privacy Policy

This page explains what Amplify Tech Labs collects when you visit amplifytechlabs.com or use our contact form, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We collect only what we need, and we don't sell your personal information.

Who we are

Amplify Tech Labs, LLC is a software and product services company based in Chicago. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Amplify Tech Labs, and "the site" means amplifytechlabs.com.

You can reach us about privacy at contact@amplifytechlabs.com, or by mail at 222 N LaSalle St, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60601.

What we collect

When you use the contact form. We collect what you type in: your first name, last name, email address, company, the services you're interested in, and your message. First name, email, and message are required. The rest is optional. The form also checks how quickly it was filled in, and has a hidden field that people never see, so we can filter out spam bots.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and to record when a contact form is sent. That event tells Google that a form was sent and from which page. It does not include anything you typed. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser and receives standard technical details such as your IP address, browser, device type, the page you're on, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). We strip other parts of the page address before anything goes to Google. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and page speed. Vercel says its Web Analytics does not use cookies and reports only aggregated data. Google Analytics may also record basic interactions such as scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, and file downloads.

Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser, the page requested, and the time. If a contact form send fails, our error log may also record the email address you entered, so we can follow up.

Why we use it

We use contact form details to read your request and reply to you. Your message arrives as an email in our company inbox, and we keep it there like any other business email.

We use analytics to see which pages people visit, how they find us, how fast the site loads, and how many people send the contact form. That helps us decide what to write and what to fix. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our email:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order. If our company is ever sold or merged, we'll update this page before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages: as long as we need them to reply to you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Google Analytics data: detailed records are kept for no more than 14 months.

Vercel logs and analytics: kept for the limited period Vercel sets for our plan.

Your choices

Opt out of Google Analytics. You can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.

Browser privacy signals. The site does not currently change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

See, correct, or delete your information. Email contact@amplifytechlabs.com and tell us what you'd like. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you used, so we know it's you. We'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

US state privacy laws. Some US states, including California, give their residents specific privacy rights. Most of those laws only apply to businesses above certain size or data thresholds. We don't believe those laws currently apply to us, but we offer the access, correction, and deletion requests above to everyone, wherever they live.

Children. The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Where your information is handled. Our team works from the US, Latin America, and Europe, so team members outside the US may read your message when they help answer it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
